You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. We offer a full refund guarantee for the amount paid for the picture (not including shipping charges). Similarly, if the product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or refund your purchase.
- How is the painting quality?

- What are the shipping charges and how long does it take for the pictures to arrive?
Shipping charges are 10 € regardless of the number of pictures and the destination. If you plan to buy several pictures we recommend that you buy them all together to save on shipping. The pictures generally arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks, as this is a product that is handmade and takes time for painting and drying.
- Can I make a custom order?
